Terms of Use
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kelenai.com (the “website”), operated under the KelenAI name. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
About the website
The website describes a founder-led forward-deployed engineering practice that may provide workflow assessment, AI-native workflow redesign, platform and build-vs-buy evaluation, software configuration, system integration, custom development, pilots, implementation, testing, employee rollout, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, accounting, tax, employment, cybersecurity, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Articles, diagrams, examples, and workflow patterns may simplify real operating conditions and should not be treated as instructions for your specific business without an appropriate assessment.
Inquiries do not create a client relationship
Sending an email, submitting a workflow assessment, receiving a response, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship.
A service relationship begins only after the relevant parties sign a written agreement. The scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, security, intellectual property, warranties, support, acceptance criteria, and liability for paid work are governed by that agreement and any applicable statement of work or data-processing terms. Those project documents control if they conflict with these website Terms.
Information submitted through the website
You are responsible for ensuring that information you send is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer or employee records, regulated data, financial account information, government identifiers, or confidential documents in an initial inquiry.
An initial inquiry is not a secure project-data transfer channel and does not authorize KelenAI to access your systems, process production data, or submit your information to an AI provider.
AI and software limitations
AI models, automations, integrations, and third-party software may produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent results. They may also be affected by changing vendor features, pricing, availability, APIs, permissions, data formats, and service terms.
Examples, prototypes, and demonstrations on this website do not establish that a workflow is safe or suitable for production. Production use may require representative testing, source-of-truth rules, access controls, human review, exception handling, logging, monitoring, fallback procedures, and ongoing maintenance.
KelenAI does not promise that a workflow will be fully autonomous, error-free, continuously available, compatible with every system, or produce a particular operational or financial result. Any project-specific commitments must appear in a signed services agreement.
Third-party platforms and links
The website may discuss or link to AI providers, cloud services, business software, open-source tools, or other third-party products. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or guaranteed compatibility.
Third-party products are governed by their own pricing, licenses, acceptable-use rules, privacy policies, security practices, and service levels. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, changes, or availability.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics, workflow diagrams, and other public materials are owned by or licensed to KelenAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and share links to public pages for ordinary personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, create derivative commercial materials from, or remove ownership notices from website content without written permission.
These website Terms do not determine ownership of software, configurations, documentation, data, or other deliverables created during a paid engagement. Project intellectual-property rights are addressed in the signed services agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- interfere with its operation, availability, or security;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, data, or network;
- transmit malware, malicious code, spam, or deceptive messages;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or
- violate applicable law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, or others.
Disclaimer of website warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KelenAI disclaims warranties relating to the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be available, current, complete, secure, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KelenAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website or linked third-party resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the applicable signed services agreement, not this website provision.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website and may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
